Clear Conscience Veal is produced without the typical close confinement of conventional veal. This is done by using mobile, open air pens on grass pasture during spring, summer, and fall. During the winter, the veal are housed in large, well bedded pens with plenty of light and room to move. By using this production method, we are making veal more socially acceptable, while maintaining or improving the quality of the meat.
About Us
We also produce pastured broilers and eggs from free range hens. By moving chickens outside onto green grass, we allow them to consume all of the grass and insects they like. As a result, we can produce meat and eggs that are second to none. If you have never experienced chicken or eggs reared on pasture, you will be amazed...and hooked!
